I'm Yoyu Li, a London-based artist. With a formal training in animation, I developed a specific focus on tangible interaction during my studies at the Edinburgh College of Art.

In my professional life, I'm an established game designer and producer, building interactive experiences for others to explore  (Reigns: Three Kingdoms, 2022, Whispers in the West, 2023).

In my personal practice, I aim to create that same sense of connection through a variety of forms. I've created interactive installations (such as Two Blocks Away and People Atlas), and I also enjoy the tactile nature of traditional crafts like silkscreen printing and jewellery making.

Across all my projects, I'm drawn to a central theme: telling stories about places and our relationship with them. This is the focus of my current work.
